Get Well!

Here is a picture of my beautiful and courageous 94 year old Mom smiling over a very sweet and moving Get Well card from one of her many friends. She is sitting in the doctor's waiting room.

After having been pretty much bedridden for about 10 days, she got up, got dressed and rode into town to see the doctor. We have to wait for the results of blood tests but her heart and pulse are strong, chest clear, urine sample fine. She has lost 10 pounds, though and was already really thin.

I snapped this pic with my iPhone to catch her smiling and looking lovely, though thin and tired.
