Tidal
Never count your chickens, they say... at least until they've hatched.
After yesterday's optimistic blip, mum took a turn for the worse in the early hours of this morning, and I called 999. The paramedic came out very quickly and as quickly called an ambulance, and she's currently in Bangor (North Wales not Northern Ireland) Hospital.
Turns out we were right all along and she has a very strong infection leading to sepsis. They're all over it like a rash, cultivating the infection and working out how best to kill it, and she's going to be in hospital for probably a week. On the basis I cannot help further, I'll be returning home tomorrow.
We thought we were on top of it, but maybe the infection really didn't like our amateur doctoring and fought back. Anyway, it faces a stronger opposition now. I know you'll all be working your healing; whether it be prayers, magic or reiki, all is very welcome here.
Not much change of photography today, but I paused on the shoreline at Penmaenmawr to honour the setting Sun. Forgive my lack of commenting.
