Willaston on the Wirral is a lovely thriving little place. They may no longer have a working railway station but they have turned Hadlow Road station into a thriving tea/coffee/lunch stop with a little museum and walks down the disused line. We only had time for a quick stop but a walk with lunch is a definite plan for the future.
