Bee Happy

A little bit of 'tangling' before I went to bed, then I listened to a guided Yoga Nidra practice wearing my eye mask, my headache hadn't lifted all day. I had a 3 hour sleep at lunchtime and it was still there.

G R E A T news is I slept like a baby
don't remember being woken with a throbbing nerve, no bathroom comfort breaks, nothing, just pure uninterrupted sleep. I didn't know a thing until 7.28am, I feel so much better and that awful headache is gone.

Currently enjoying a cup of freshly ground coffee watching a rain shower through sunshine, there is a huge blanket of dark clouds slowly covering the sun so I'm enjoying the light while I can.
I'm in the habit of boiling up a full kettle of water in the mornings and I fill a large push top flask and make my drinks from that. In my mind it saves on the electric but I'm not sure what difference it really makes.

Today I will do a bit of tidying up, there's wool, pens, blankets, and half finished projects surrounding me that keep me occupied on those tougher days, but I'm driving back to home turf tomorrow, my prescription is due and I have an appointment on Friday at the GP surgery for bloods taken.

My last bone density scan marking the end of my 5 year cancer treatment a few weeks ago revealed that I have Osteopenia.
It was mentioned in the letter that the blood test will determine if I need some infusions or something to that effect. I kind of put it to the back of my mind until I know more about it. Unfortunately it's a side effect of taking the Letrazole drug for the last few years. I've stopped taking it now, I was supposed to take it for 10 years, but that was reduced recently after the Oncology teams decided there was no benefit in taking it beyond 5 years for anyone.

Right, time to hobble off and do some packing.
