Too small

Not the boat…but the little boy that came running to me, took my arm and wanted to show me the fish. He couldn’t have been more than 4 or 5. His family was fishing off the boat dock ( there is a sign that says no fishing on the dock) He brings me to the bucket to show me the fish that they caught. There was one fish that was no doubt too small to keep. I’m sure they didn’t have a fishing license either.
The little boy was adorable, but he kept running up and down the dock and I was afraid he was going to get hurt.
