After.a disturbed night's sleep I woke properly at 7 so no swim. 

Big improvement on the weather, sun! Some work in the morning and then down to the Manor for some risk assessment. Came home via Sainsbury's and then some more work. 

After that I put past clothes and did the ironing. Followed unusually by a cooked dinner and series 2 of 'Colin from Accounts'. 

The weather broke later. It rained.
