On the Bridgewater Canal

Today we were in charge of our grandchildren 
( 6 and 4) while their parents worked.
In the morning there was a diversion when a skip was delivered, followed by men working on  a garden reconstruction. Later we went for a walk along the nearby Bridgewater Canal and had an ice cream. A good day. 
There are four cygnets, and they have done very well. The boat is passing under London Bridge. Seem to be writing this in a reading style for children.
