Waiting for action

On arrival at my “Move it or Lose it” session this chair of equipment is ready waiting. Soon it will be twirled, shaken, and stretched, encouraging me to get exercising . It gets quite noisy when the whole class is banging the pipe insulation in rhythm with the lively music. We had ABBA music today, guaranteed to get us moving.
