Feeling coy

Today I received the gift of a secondhand Sony lens (E55-210mm) from a generous and kind blipper who knows I use a Sony camera and who had also noticed I do not have this particular lens. How lovely and thoughtful is that! Sometimes our belief in human goodness can be renewed with such acts and make our hearts sing. Thank you fellow blipper.

So here is my first attempt with the lens, taken on the River Ems. It has been a bit of a mixed bag today with rain late afternoon and a bit dull but warm and lovely out. I am unable to upload any extras at the moment so just this shy duck.
