Waddesdon Manor 5km

Another tropical day at work, aircon still doing a great job but when you step out of the office, whoa!!!

Tonight together with a good number from the running club, I (Chris) ran in the Waddesdon Manor 5km race. It was properly hot. The run is basically just over 2km downhill then an about turn and back up the same hill with the course levelling out for the last kilometre. It was a great event to do, a beautiful venue (which I snapped on my phone for the blip before the army of runners arrived) and I even beat my last timed 5km by about 2 minutes. Very satisfying.
