The Very Long Journey

Today was hard going. I drove a lot of miles, in very heavy traffic to get offspring from one place to another  after a concert and moving to another course, then to home for my friend and I. But my road trip buddy was a huge help in making it more bearable. And in the stress, we stopped for an hour and saw a stunning sunset over the water. We reset our day as we ate a very late tea. 

Even hard hard long days have beauty when they're shared with friends and come with sunsets like this.
