Loubressac

Left campsite and climbed up to Loubressac, a medieval village. It is a busy tourist spot in the height of the season. The locals are obviously very proud of their village and were out sweeping round their properties and tidying their gardens. This image is just a small part of this village which is made up of houses and a church preserved as they were in medieval times.

There was a long down hill so it was not too steep which took us to Autoire, another medieval village. Hard choosing an image from the number I took. Fairly easy cycling to Bretenoux where I made a quick visit to a pharmacie to get cream for the mosquitoe bites which were badly inflamed despite the fact I take a mild daily antihistamine tablet from May to September. Carried on up the Vallee de Dordogne past Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne to a campsite. 52 km
