Meet up

Rehab at the gym followed by Pilates. 

Arranged to meet friend Jill at Castle Howard. She is recovering from hip surgery and told me she was feeling stir crazy. As she hadn’t visited before we had a slow wander through the walled gardens. We had to shelter from a sharp shower before heading to the cafe. A shame the weather was damp and grey but we have an excuse to visit again once Jill can ditch her sticks.
