The Sole Mate …

We cleared out the shoe cupboard. TSM had eighteen pairs to my six plus we found this pair of boots of unknown provenance. It was a big win for the charity shop as said shoes were in vgc, and a big win for me as I can now find what I need without having a nervous breakdown.

Also today: fixed the kitchen floor; re-hung the metal bead curtains to stop them snagging in the doors; set up an old tv in the shack; took Scout to the vet for a check up (he’s fine but very overweight) and did some cleaning. I have a sense of achievement in this small world of mine…
