Monday

It has been very foggy and wet today. This was the scene as I got to the bottom of the hill. Pilates was a bit strange today, she wasn't there when we arrived and she strolled in a few mins  late and asked to use the centres mat. I find it a bit strange a pilates instructor doesn't have her own mat. Think it's going to take a while to get used to her and her way and her move.s 

I have felt my mood plummet over the last few days and this afternoon I have been really agitated and been banging my head a lot I now have a headache and feeling a bit out of it.
