Oh What A Lovely Day!

It hammered down with rain during the night and when I got up you could hardly see your hand in front of your face in the fog.
However, the fog disappeared mid morning ... when the rain came back!

I had a bit of a clear out of a cupboard in the garage in the morning. I didn't find what I was looking for but I did come across a load of of cut up old tee-shirts and terry nappies (who remembers them?). They will do for cleaning  and finish applying cloths and last longer than I will.
I also came across a bag of rather nice chisels and a router which were obviously my father-in-laws. The chisels I will use but the router with go for recycling (it is an American one so will not work with out power).

What I did find was a load of pen kits ... and some fancy acrylic blanks. So I made a pen. Not the best - I haven't made one in many years - but it is passable. I will make some more and give them out to family members when were are on holiday.

Later we went out so SWMBO could look for some attire. We also went into the hobby shop so I could get a notebook for keeping records of our trip as I am not taking a computer so I will have to 'back-blip like mad when we get home.

When we arrived home for our shopping trip the weather was showing up that I need to clean the windows. The pictures Over Here will explain (well - not the first one ... that is just another fog shot)
