Baby seagulls

At my workplace, on the flat roof outside my windows there are three baby seagulls. The nest is hidden in a corner right under the window. Mother sits on the ledge watching them wander about while dad is away looking for food. I never knew baby seagulls had black spots on their heads or that they were a browny grey colour when they are small. They are sprouting very quickly and will no doubt be taking off soon once they find their wings.
