Trees in Fairmilehead Park

A lovely day. Walk around the park to get the weekly photo of the trees. Very warm in the sunshine.

After lunch, a visit to the zoo to meet daughter and her family, and eldest son with his family. So that's all 3 grandchildren. We all had a great time looking at the animals in the warm sunshine. The buff-cheeked gibbon, Extra, was a favourite, as was the Dino-Zone. Some of the dinosaurs are animatronic, and move quite randomly. Coffee and cake was taken in a café with a good view of the penguin enclosure. 

A nice end to the day was dinner with daughter and her family.
