The heat is making everybody a bit lazy and slow, at least that's my excuse for today's snail paced efforts both at work and at the gym. Didn't stop Arlo pulling out all his best bed time stalling tactics - "I'm just going to have a drink of water", "I need the toilet", "No, Daddy you're getting mixed up. That's the wrong words", he's quite the master.
