Moray Cup

The Taste of Garioch was held in town today. One of the big things was the return of Moray Cup ‘The Legend of the North’. Originally made in Macduff, Aberdeenshire it stop being made due to the sugar tax in 2017. It’s been relaunched with an adjusted recipe now. Jen said it tastes pretty similar but can taste the sweeteners in it. Like Irn Bru it just states ‘fruit flavoured’ so always up for interpretation.

My newbie opinion, it’s alright but doesn’t have the nostalgia factor for me so that might be the difference.
