Septic tank

Back in July, I thought we had passed our SPANC (septic tank) assessment.
A letter that arrived in Cornwall revelaed however that we hadn't. Possibly a problem in translation. I have sent in my appeal with photos including this one.
I fear the outcome will not be changed,
