Notes: Woke early and had gotten some sleep tho head still showing signs of holding on to the previous headache. Put a couple NY Strips in the crock pot (last ones in the freezer I think and don't know that I'll buy any more - the filets are just soooo much better). For some reason, decided to walk my return package (Kyrgies natural shoes) to the post office early - left 653a, was nice and not too hot and traffic not too horrible yet. Had to wait till closer to 8a then and ran to Food Patch (tho still had to wait once I got there) ... got eggs, cream, yogurt and garlic. Did some work for SpeakOUT when I got back until going to the pool around 10a. Rinsed off then and laid down just after 11a for meditation and took a nap - head still hurting, espec when leaning forward or to the side. Got up around 1230p and Susan called to discuss some work stuff and her next trip. Got steaks out of the crock pot and ate early afternoon w/ some eggs and piece of carnivore cake and couple spoonfuls of yogurt. Quiet afternoon around the house, watched some Janine and JC. Got the new power station and charged it. Tried it in the evening but didn't last near long enough to looked for another and will have to return this one.
