Freesias
After an abortive morning trying to catch six-spotted burnet moths in flight, I am afraid I have had to resort to garden flowers yet again for my blip.
These freesias are lovely just now and with a bit of moving around I found that i was able to frame them against a background of their own which gives simplicity of line - a curve against vertical lines and a lovely saturated red against a range of green hues. Certainly worth looking at LARGE though you will have to forgive the fact that the tip of the flowers is just shading out of focus despite a reasonable aperture. Next time I will have to use a tripod and make sure my camera is exactly aligned horizontally in parallel with the line of the flower
