...and relax

I started my day with a visit to the docs where I was given jag in the arm and told to lose a stone (not going back there again!)
This evening I gave an elderly neighbour came to ask for help with a garden sprayer and I got it working for them in no time.
Then I helped a new neighbour demolish an old shed.
Now for a dram I think.
