The Pipes Are Calling
In town to have our Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccines, a new programme for our age group and pregnant women. RSV can cause a nasty chest infection which can lead to lengthy hospitalisation - best avoided and the vaccine should help.
I counted six pipers between Waverley Bridge and the Galleries but only two or three actually playing, unfortunately the same few tunes over and over. This chap did play well with a bit more variety, the youngest looked about ten years old, so perhaps had less time to learn a wide repertoire.
The town and gardens were full of people enjoying the warm day but after we'd walked a circuit of East Princes Street Garden went for the bus to relax at home.
