Arkle and finn walked.

Garden tidied up. Grass cut.

Headed west to out apiary via builders merchants.

First task drop off plants we dug up from garden for the lairds garden.

Helped move some trees to planting position.

Then bee tasks. Took honey off by just shaking bees off the frames. Put mite strips on and feeders on.

Went round putting sugar syrup on and honey frames into the car.

It was 21 degrees andc3 hours in bee suit I was wiped. Tea , cheese scones and chat with the laird and lady.
On way home picked up a secondhand refractor to test honey.

Visited the plot for cut flowers , beetroot and apples.

Food shop.

Dog walk awaits.
