‘Finely Balanced’

It was a lovely sunny day, certainly not hot, but with little wind, so I managed to get round this morning's parkrun along the promenade at Cramond a bit faster than recently. It's still very slow, but I'm improving and moving in the right direction again!

Then, after a quick shower and breakfast, I was off to another prom - this time, a bit further along the Forth, at Portobello for the annual Big Beach Busk, with crowds of street performers and buskers of all varieties and crowds of people spectating, as well as lots of people sunning themselves on the beach and even venturing into the water!

Here's just one: Yann Elvis, a multi-talented street performer who recently went full-time!
