Saturday 31st August 2024...

I drove 50 minutes Southwest from home to attend Ecco Ripley parkrun... A parkrun we hadn't been to before, I volunteered as timekeeper #208, Ruben ran (he's making a comeback to running), David watched as he's injured... After parkrun we went for breakfast and I had a Banana Stack, which was 3 slices of  Banana bread toasted with sliced Banana and grill bacon in-between... So delicious...
