Lunch...

With Lou.

Joseph and I went to the science centre today. It was great because we were early, therefore we we early, which meant nae holiday weans.

We then went to meet Lou for lunch at the Uni.

Just been for a 5mile run in the heat which is never a good idea.

The apprentice final tonight. I just hope the tidy bird wins. It will give some office a bit of eye candy to look at...
