So, the sun has been out in all it's best finery for several days now, it is also July, it is also only around 6pm. Chances are that it is quite unlikely that we are going to be plunged into darkness in the next few moments.

It baffles me as to why the street lights are on, more baffling is who they belong to, they are not council and they are not part of the development of flats - mystery...
