Homeward bound

We left mums this morning and picked up some homemade frozen pasties from a butcher before heading off.  We arranged to stop off to see B, near Salisbury, and she messaged a couple of days ago and kindly offered to do some lunch.

We arrived exactly on my predicted time ;-D

We had a wonderful few hours sitting in the garden, with a few spots of rain but luckily didn’t amount to anything.  B did a lovely lunch of homemade quiche and salads followed by homemade chocolate caramel shortbread.  The men, who have met briefly, had loads in common with regards to music and beer ;-D))

We left theirs about 4pm and I forgot to take any photos so you have a drive by shot.  Held up on the A3 by the M25 but also closer to home where there is sewage works going on…. Again!  They were there for many weeks last year and really causes hold ups.  Arrived home just after 6.30pm.
