HeartFreek's July Challenge: Hands

I noticed this collection of handprints beside road I was driving. Quicly turned car around and rushed back to take todays blib. Don't know what this is and why there are these handprints. A sign had been above hands, but now there was only holes. But it was very suitable for me today :)
