Sunday of Shrewsbury Folk Festival.  

Lots of music and dance to see again. I really enjoyed The 309s, a band that played 1940s and 50s music (photo extra).  They were so good that there were lots of people jiving in and out of the marquee.

There's always a parade of the morris teams, they go around part of the site and through the dance tent.  My blip is of Great Western from Devon.  I was taking photos when they suddenly came out of the parade and posed in front of me!

We then had a lovely veggie chilli and rice that O and C had prepared (extra) before going to the children's lantern parade.

They had all made lanterns - I made a heart.  Unfortunately I can't get it to upload to extras properly. They paraded rounf the site when it was dark with an accompanying band.  There's an extra of the official pose - I is on the right of the front row.

Afterwards i went to see some more acts in the music marquees and then another session.
