"Haircut"

From my window….Harold looks like he is floating …… doing the final haircut for our parkway crab apple for this year.    It’s a lot of work..it gets thinned so the light filters thru the tree to the grass and all the suckers are gone and it looks beautiful.   It seems to me it would be better to have a tree with less maintenence….But everyone squacks about the view, as well.   Back to the landscape committee........

Today I had a visit from a Home Health Physical Therapist.    No idea the cardiac hospital stay would offer this.  Makes sense…cheaper for medicare to prevent rather than treat .   We’ll see what miracles can be wrought!  :-)   My goal?  2 mile walks with only minimal rest stop.   

Another culinary delight from our neighbor tonight!   Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini sauce.  We are so fortunate!
