Another take on the post box topper

Basil and I Cecilied out to the pharmacy to collect medications and then down the road to Mr Ryatt's, the optometrist, to hand over unwanted spectacles which they forward to charity.

I phoned Colin to ask if he would be willing to entertain visitors but he hadn't taken his phone with him today. Our route home took us past the Postbox, perhaps an appropriate theme since the Paralympic Games opened this evening. I'm very impressed by all those athletes. They've overcome immense obstacles to compete.

I've missed a day of blipping, not really. I just haven't got round to moving the photos off the camera. Must get round to it tomorrow. But at least I've got the Ring doorbell up and running again.

A very pleasant temperature today.
