Dolphin spotting...

Today was a great day for dolphin spotting. Relaxed by the pool in the morning, then set off after lunch for the neighbouring island of Captiva where we were booked to go out on a dolphin cruise. For the first hour we had a nice boat trip but saw no dolphins, but then they started to appear and we got some lovely views of dolphins enjoying the wake created by the boat. It was a good trip. After the boat trip we decided to stay on the island and have a drink at the Mucky Duck pub, where there was a really good singer/guitarist playing (Terry English). One drink became two and we decided to stay for tea then stayed on to watch the sunset. Down on the beach waiting for sunset, we were treated to an unexpected dolphin show as some dolphin started jumping out of the water not far from the shore. This shot will remind me of a lovely end to our day...
