The benefits of customer service

Another thing ticked off that I’ve been procrastinating about for ages - strength training. I’m told that as one ages it’s the most important health activity and the one that I don’t routinely do. Thanks to R at the gym I now have a weekly strength routine which is entirely doable. She also showed me this curved tread mill affair that wobbles and vibrates which is supposed to help with balance which looked quite fun.

On the way home I called into the library looking for something on Georgia and came away with this which I’ve just realised I’ve read before. Had I not used the self service counter the librarian would have told me that.
Another library visits beckons.
