Flower Power

Some knee strengthening at the gym followed by Power Pilates. Pete the gym instructor told me he could tell I’d been a teacher. My list of exercises he sent me had been printed off, was annotated and in a folder. Apparently the majority of his clients scribble their exercises on scraps of card or paper. 

Pickering has a dedicated band of gardeners who are in charge of ensuring the town has plenty of floral displays. Spotted this tub on the way to the shops. The extras show some of the individual blooms.
