A walk with Millie then a session at the gym.

Millie has hurt her foot on Saturday and has a limp. I'd made an appointment at the vets but cancelled it late on as I think time will heal it. 

It's been an odd day. I've tried to achieve things but haven't achieved anything. I don't like that.

On a positive note the air fryer  is amazing - which, and this really pains me we bought from John Lewis on the way out on Saturday. Well ...... so long as it doesn't break down ... Worse if it does and they have to fly the parts in via BA from China say, I'm stuffed. ;)
