… We have waited a long time for this one to flower! The sun is lighting it up this afternoon.

Well. Fingers crossed, all family emergencies seem to have abated. Phew.

And I have just finished a task I set myself a few weeks ago, logging some information, that has felt like a marathon! (But worth it, I think).

Himself, recovered now, is twitching to mow the lawn that we let grow wild. (Although, I’ve just gone out and seen more bees and insects today than over the entire summer. Still not abundant life, but somewhat more heartening).
Maybe we should hold back on the Big Mow?
