Hi Vis!

A new hi-vis covering for the metal chain at the end of the street. It replaces the short sections of red and white plastic link chains that hung down to the ground from it at intervals of two feet and that were always getting twisted around the chain itself or snatched off! We also have a new rotating/swivel attachment point at the far end so that if the chain is twisted round when someone puts it back on after opening to let their car through, the chain does not tighten and shorten anymore.
