Now this is tiny

Some of my neighbors moved. They had this by their garage door. Today I noticed him by the fire hydrant. Freaking adorable. I love it.

Tonight I met with what was going to be the third church and is now the fourth church to work out logistics. I’m amazed.

Ukraine destroyed nearly 1,500 units of weapons and equipment including 13 air defense systems. 39 tanks, 151 armored combat vehicles, other vehicles, rocket launch systems, “special equipment.” 

Satellite images show that hundreds of Russian facilities are in range of Ukraine’s tactical missile systems. The US provided the systems and right now the US is not letting Ukraine to use them in Russia. Russia told us missile strikes against targets in Russia wouldn’t work because they’d moved everything. The Institute for the Study of the War said that isn’t true and they have the satellite images to back them up. Ukraine can use HIMars, but not the longer-range ATACMS. Only 20 are within range of HIMARS. Because of our prohibition, Ukraine has been developing their own long range weapon. It will be called Palianytsia. It is a combination missile and drone. 

Many commentators have discussed how humiliating the invasion of Russia is for Putin. He started a war he was going to win in three days and now, three years later, he can’t keep his own people safe. They have been INVADED and failed to repel the invaders. I wondered if this would weaken him. Well. The leader of a private Russian militia has called for the military to topple Putin. He’s caused reporting on the invasion to be muted. He’s downplayed it. He’s tried to distract from it. One of the things that happens in countries without a free press is they develop a conspiracy theory culture. News spreads and people make up stories to go with it and the stories usually are as negative as possible.
