Douglas

It was a quiet day and although there were many jobs to do in both garden and house, we really couldn't face any of them today.  Instead we toddled down the road to Douglas, stocked up on fruit and veg from the wee greengrocers and sweet shop (P was overwhelmed by the sweet choice).  Then went for a wander around the Douglas lochs.  The sun was out, it was super quiet and we saw sand martins, had a buzzard fly overhead, lots of water birds including geese and cormorants, scared a herd of red deer inadvertantly and watched lots of damsel flys.  Plus we got back to the car before the rain came.  A nice wee wander.
