Railings

Don't mention the railings. Everyone's 'up in arms' about the railings! Have you seen the state of the railings? The bridge railings are a disgrace! It's not our job to paint the railings. Who's responsible for the railings?? No - the locals can not paint the railings - health & safety!
The town flowers are lovely, as always, but someone else is responsible for glossing over the bridge maintenance.
