10 hour drive home from Padstow to Fort William today, in 30 degree heat, with no air conditioning in the car.

Before we left we went for a swim in the Camel Estuary, which turned into a bit of a jellyfish dodging competition, a thoroughly put Little L off going in the water (in her words) "ever again".
