Another grey day
Continuing this grey and grim summer.
Not a lot going on today, except being in at the Cancer Research shop in Portobello, so you are getting a blip of Pittville Street, where I usually park (the view is looking to the sea in the distance).
The street was built mainly in 1823, and Pittville House on the left is a lovely example of Georgian architecture. You can see a photo of the house In its days gone by in the extra.
They built houses to last in these days and some would say they are more environmentally sound than the modern ones that are thrown up today ….
After the shop, a bit of dog walking over lunch and teatime with Rory from next door.
Here’s hoping you are having a good day.
