Rafferty’s Chair

It’s a lovely bank holiday Monday; no one has to work, so everyone managed to sleep in… at least a little. The weather has been perfect, sunny and warm, but with breezes to keep the air fresh. I pottered around with a few jobs and hung a few pictures, got a haircut and cooked a chilli for supper. Milo & Liv returned from the Reading Festival in the afternoon, tired but with a lot of stories. Monty is now in Vienna, meeting up with old friends from previous travels and generally having a great time. Looking for a daily photo, I saw Raff sitting, reading, in one of his favourite spots – a comfy yellow chair in the newly decorated lounge. He kindly let me take this portrait.
