What ever is left
Until yesterday my fridge has been packed with hummus, veggies, pickles and pastries for yesterday's party. Now that they have been consumed and appreciated I'm looking at what's left in my fridge. That turns out to be mainly cheese: marscapone, feta, parmesan, belper knolle and camembert.
I baked the camembert with bay leaves, garlic and a topping of caramelised onion marmalade. Served with a fresh baguette. Naughty but nice :-D
