Last minute cleaning and packing, ready for a very early start the next day.

Before all that I met a dear friend (a fellow Canuck) for ice cream at Mary’s. I had marmite milk chocolate ice cream - surprisingly tasty! 

It was showery and windy so we retreated to a lovely little cafe. Once we had warmed up, we went out again for a last stroll around the west end market and then down to Stockbridge. 

I was drawn down to the beach for the sunset.
