Preparing for winter!

Not a very good day ...... quite cool .... grey & windy too .... felt more like autumn!

This Squirrel obviously thought so as it was running round collecting leaves to line its drey! It will be pleased of the warmth.

We saw this when we braved a short walk in the wood as it was more sheltered.


Extra ~ Not for the squeamish! Magpie eating road kill ..... the third squirrel we've seen in this state in the last week!
